Why are folks still buying plastic toys made in China?
Perhaps the concern about products from China is a marketing ploy designed to disrupt businesses associated with China and upset the balance of world stock markets. The toys do not seem to be harming the Chinese children. USA children played with before the 1970’s were made of metals such as tin, steel, and cast iron often painted with lead paints. Some were made of plastic or wood painted with lead paint. Despite birth restrictions, China has one of largest populations on the planet. Their children survive to have more children with no ill effects from the same types of toys.The USA children described earlier also survived to have more children. The focus should be placed on possible global market manipulation. In the USA culture it is admirable to tell lies for profit. Is that not the purpose of advertising?
