Why are Fibronol and FibroBoost so expensive?
The key ingredient used in Fibronol and FibroBoost, SEANOL, is a very expensive raw material due to the extensive extraction process used to achieve high purity in polyphenol/phlorotannin content. It is more expensive in its pure form than many precious metals by weight. In time, should the cost of SEANOL come down significantly, we will be able to lower the price — but we have no indication of that happening anytime soon.
