Different maintenance policies applied by KYMDAN are mainly based on different use conditions of the markets, with details as follows: • The climate and environment of KYMDAN’s export markets (Europe, Australia, Japan,…) are better, cooler, and contamination level of the mattresses (urine, etc.) is very low. These factors results in longer service life of the products compared to the climatic conditions of Vietnam and contamination level of the products consumed locally (hotter, higher contamination level). • Product usage applied in various markets is also different.
