First, we confirm that KYMDAN mattresses produced for local sale have exactly the same quality as those produced for export because both types have the same production materials, processing formula, production process and quality inspection norms. The various warranty policies are applied by KYMDAN are mainly due to different uses in various markets, as explained below: • The climate and environment in export markets for KYMDAN products such as Europe, Australia, Japan, etc. are better and cooler than in Vietnam and very few mattresses are contaminated by urine or other factors. Conditions in such export areas contribute to extending product service life compared to hotter climate conditions and higher contamination level in Vietnam. • The way of using mattresses in various markets also differs.
