Why are employers skeptical on hiring teenagers?

0

Depends on how young of a teen. If you’re talking like 16 or so, there’s a lot of reasons: They know work could get in the way of your homework, Some places have machines only 18 year olds can use [like dough mixers or ovens], Teenagers are more likely to irresponsible since they have a different set of priorities, They know as a teenager you probably don’t need the money as much [like for bills and stuff] and if they have a chance to hire someone who needs it they may be sympathetic to taht person. I know its frustrating, I’ve been there.
