Why are document collaboration tools necesary?
I, for one, have a few ideas as to why docuemntat collaboration tools are necesary (here’s an example: http://blog.agilewords.com/2010/04/document-collaboration-why-email-isnt-cost-effective/). However I’m more interested in what you think. What are the reasons you’d want to give up sharing documents by email, or even pen and paper, and switch to a document collaboration tool?
