Why are DISC companies offering different variations of profiles, assessments and reports?
Marston’s DISC Theory in of itself is in the public domain. Different companies have evolved Dr. Marston’s DISC work into variations based on their own philosophy and approach to using DISC. TTI’s formulation are considered the original DISC instrument, essentially closest to Marston’s orginal work.
