We cover the essential theory for Health, Safety & hygiene, but most of the training is practical. Escape provides training manuals which include everything you need to start practicing and to enhance your knowledge and learning. You are expected to undertake further study by reading your manuals at home. However we do recommended that after your course you re-cap with your manuals and look at other recommended text books for your continual professional development.
