I always only buy cheap tickets for my BIG stars. All are under 50 bucks. The last concert I watched was Celine Dion Dec 2009 at United Center Chicago.

Fleetwood Mac here in Minneapolis are selling the nosebleed tickets at the far upper level of the stadium from the stage for $175 each. The next better seats are $225, and you can still only see the band on the giant Trinitron screen. You could pay $800 to sit on the floor level. John Mellencamp tickets start at $200 and go up to $700 in a similar venue. Even Morrissey (Smiths frontman)tickets at a smaller old theater in Minneapolis starts at $250 and goes up to $375. I thought it was a typo when I first got on the ticket website to buy the Fleetwood Mac tickets. I refreshed several times and searched other ticket outlets. All the same. It is way out of control. I will NEVER pay more than $100 to see ANYONE. That includes Led Zeppelin if they tour in the US. If that means that I will never see another big act in concert, then so be it.
