Why are certain items not returnable to CDW G?
Some manufacturers place restrictions on returning their merchandise. CDW G follows these guidelines to help streamline the level of returns. This helps us to continue providing lower costs to you on all our merchandise. Please keep in mind that we do provide quality in-house repair service for most major manufacturer’s products to help in cases where the unit may become inoperable. For those units that we cannot repair in-house, the manufacturers warranty will stand behind the repair or replacement of the unit.
