When it was time to renew the contract Grand Royal split with parent company Capitol Records. During this change to a new major label parent company it was decided that they didn’t want to keep Bis. In all honesty this was a good outcome as there had been many problems between Grand Royal and Capitol and the bands were stuck in the middle.
