Why are American conservatives forever slandering other countries to prove their points?

They are the only “developed”, “advanced”, “industrialised” whatever, country without universal healthcare and if they don’t want that thats absolutely fine and not of anyones concern who isn’t American but it’s wrong to use false statements to prove points. I think that was the point you were trying to get at in the first place and not turn it into a full on yahoo answers “battle” lol. China is a developing country by the way everyone. And berating someone for their age because you’re wrong is childish.
