Why are all the connecting lines red in off-line mode?
The Intravue Scanner is set to start in automatic mode. When your computer re-booted the scanner started and turned the connecting line red for any IP address that was not found. Go to My Computer and right click, select Manage, select Services, and then the IntravueScanner. Right click on that and change the properties to Manual start. Otherwise, use the Admin Tool to Restore Database From File.
