Why Are Aeries Courses Priced More Than Traditional First-Aid Courses?

0

Aerie courses are typically more expensive than standard first aid classes. There are two primary reasons for this. First, our courses are longer than most standard first aid classes; our Wilderness EMT courses are 200+ hours, while a standard EMT course is typically 120 hours. The second, and probably more important reason, relates to the quality of courses. Our WFR and WEMT courses spend considerable time on outdoor excursions and overnight drills, training in the field. Our WEMT courses offer numerous other experiences and certifications, including anatomy instruction in the cadaver lab, Rescue 3 Swiftwater First Responder certification, and Level-I Avalanche Awareness training and practice. All of these activities add cost to our courses, but add unparalleled quality as well.
