The IRS has recently created relatively stringent guidelines regarding tax deductible donations. One of the regulations is that a donor cannot receive anything of monetary value in exchange for their donation unless the value of said product is deducted from their donation. Therefore, we are unable to offer additional free MP3s to our partners at this time; they are available for purchase from the online store. However, we are able offer some very exciting benefits to our Partners. Please see the various giving designations for details listed at the “Giving to IHOP” tab.
