Why appear some white frames in the Encoded MPEGs with TMPGEnc12b ?

The read behavior of TMPGEnc12b is changed. Due the sequential read of Flask some white frames are inserted. In a future release this will be fixed. I you find this annoying just create a project file, and encode in batch encoding mode.
