Why americans humiliate canadian people?
There’s nothing wrong with Canadian people, other than the ones who think they’re somehow superior. Just check your comments and you’ll see some. Fact is, Americans do often have a “don’t tread on me” attitude, but generally don’t really care where you come from. Some of us actually kind of like our neighbors to the north, and we embrace celebrities who come from Canada. Shania Twain, Mike Meyers, Jim Carrey, Celine Dion, Bryan Adams and many, many more. Even Cobie Smulders (the actress who plays Robin Scherbatsky on How I Met Your Mother) is Canadian. Thinking Americans hate Canadians simply because there are Canadian jokes in sitcoms is silly. Our sitcoms joke about a lot of different things, it doesn’t mean we hate them all, it just means we tend to see the humor that lies in all things. At least that’s how I see it.
