Why am I unable to view the student/intern/resident/faculty/supervisor information once I enter a date graduated/left program?
Once a value is entered for “date left program”, if the date falls within the reporting period, the record will remain on the active side. However, if the date is located outside of the current reporting period, the record will be moved to the Archived section for internship and postdoctoral programs. If the record is in a doctoral program, it will disappear from the system for 2 years and will reappear in the Archived section starting the 3rd year after leaving the program.
