Solution: The Rio 500 plug-in requires an operating system that supports a Universal Serial Bus (USB) connector. At the time of the plug-in’s release, the only operating system available that offered full support for USB was Windows 98. While we may add support for Windows 2000 or Windows ME in the future, there is no target date for the availability of a Rio 500 plug-in that is compatible with these operating systems.
