Why am I unable to synchronize with Mobile Gateway Enterprise Edition using HTTPS?
If your mobile device is unable to synchronize using HTTPS, the problem is likely to lie in the SSL certificate installed on your IIS server. To check the SSL certificate information, access the Mobile Gateway Enterprise Edition status page under the Administration Interface, then click File, Properties and Certificates. If you see a red “X” to the left of the Certificate Information heading then you will need to either re-install your SSL certificate or access Mobile Gateway Enterprise Edition using HTTP instead of HTTPS.
