Why am I unable to open the ePrint?
Make sure you follow steps 1 and 2 on the ePrint delivery page. B) Check your internet connection, you need to have a live connection to open your ePrint. C) Make sure you have installed the Adobe Acrobat Security Plug-in. D) Make sure you have access privileges to properly download and install the Plug-in. E) Access privileges may have expired. Please contact your sales representative to renew.
