Why am I unable to load detailed maps to my iQue 3200/3600 from the MapSource software as I do with my other Garmin GPS unit?
A. The iQue uses Palm OS and requires the HotSync Manager software to interface with your PC. To download maps, you will need to select the Map Install application within the Palm Desktop application. After selecting your mapsets using Map Install from within the Palm Desktop, you can download maps by pressing the Sync button on the iQue cradle. If you have MapSource installed on your computer, you may go to our Software Updates page to update your version of MapSource. The latest version (5.0 or greater) allows you to select maps within MapSource, creating a mapset to be synchronized with your iQue the next time you perform a HotSync.
