Firstly ensure you install and use Windows HPC Job Manager to connect to the cluster; Secondly make sure your machine can recognize the head node. To do this, type “nslookup” in a command window, then type “mscluster.oerc.ox.ac.uk”. This will tell whether your DNS server can resolve the head node hostname; Finally make sure to type the right username and password when the prompt window come out.
