Why am I unable to connect to Raiserss Edge via the Citrix client?
You probably need to reinstall the most current version of the Citrix client. Either you or your IT staff should follow these steps: • Uninstall the existing Citrix client via Windows Add/Remove Programs. The client is named Citrix Presentation Server Client. • Login again to Citrix at http://re.al.arizona.edu and click on the Raisers Edge icon. • You should be prompted to install the client. NOTE: You may receive a bar across the top of the main window in Internet Explorer asking for permission to download the new Citrix client. You need to right-click on this bar and choose the option to allow this download. • Approve the default prompts to install the Citrix client. • Restart Internet Explorer and login to RE again.
