Why am I unable to access journals through LibAccess from off-campus?

One cause may be that you are connected to McMaster’s VPN Network. VPN allows access to on-campus resources. Logging onto LibAccess is required to connect to e-resources which are located on Vendor sites off-campus. It is suggested that you disconnect from the VPN and try linking to the e-Resource again.
