Why am I unable to access CU@Home?
• Make sure that you are entering the correct 6 digit account number. • Make sure that you are entering the correct password. • Make sure your ‘Caps Lock’ is not on. • Make sure that the name, address, phone number, and social security number is correct on your account. Contact a Member Service Representative to verify. • Make sure that you are signed up with Call 24 • Make sure you are using a compatible internet browser • We have found that some third party software installed into standard browsers and computers (i.e. toolbars, adware, etc.) make attempts to directly interact with our application using non-authorized methods. Many of these browser add-ins are known to be spyware products and we believe the Internet Banking application should not allow such interactions. We advise that you either uninstall or disable certain types of add-in software including: • pop-up blockers • add-in toolbars including: HotBar, google toolbar, yahoo toolbar, etc.
