Why am I unable to access certain online, full-text materials that the library owns?
Unfortunately there is no one answer for this question. An inability to access certain materials may result from any number of reasons, but the two most common are technical and legal. Remote users have experienced some problems when attempting to access library materials using Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher, for more information about this please click here. The other common reason that users may encounter difficulties accessing certain materials is due to licensing agreements with journal publishers. Although the majority of our materials are available to all our users, a select few are only accessible to individuals using hardwired, campus computers.
