A lot of people go through a stage in their teens where they can seemingly eat absoluely anything and still stay thin (I know I did!) However, this won’t last forever and once you’re nearing your twenties you’ll find that what you eat makes a lot more impact on your body. Even if you’re not getting fat, the fact is that all the fat you’re putting into your body isn’t doing you any good. You’re very lucky at the moment but, like I said, it won’t last forever – the best thing for you to do now is to slowly change your diet… try swapping the chocolate and cookies at breakfast for a healthy cereal, one-egg omelette or piece of toast (you could have honey or chocolate spread on it if you still crave something sweet!), try snacking on pieces of fruit, nuts or yoghurt every 3 hours or so (this maintains your metabolism), and start thinking about what you eat for lunch and dinner too.
