Why am i so tired when i wake up?
Exercise pumps you up,make sure you are working out earlier in the day so that you can go to sleep at night,I would try and establish a routine,take a hot shower and relax and don’t watch any t.v. in bed,turn out the lights early or use very soft lighting.Try reading a book in bed so that it helps make your eyes tired,you could also try taking the vitamin Melatonin,I take it every day and it’s suppose to help and aid in sleeping,I hope this helps you out and you can catch your zzz’s,I use to body build for 2 years and if I worked out at night,I had trouble falling asleep.
