Why am I seeing the message “Limit 1 Account per Person / 2 Accounts per Household” on the registration page when I havent even signed up yet?

When you first go to the registration page the disclaimer at the top reads “Limit 1 Account per Person / 2 Accounts per Household.” You will see this even though there is no error with your registration. Fill out the registration form completely, and click the “Register Now” button. If there is a problem with the registration a *NEW* error message will appear in red at the top of the page. It will alert you to what to be corrected within your registration form. Usually, it is something simple like a zip code, a last name, or selecting your time zone.
