Why am I required to select a Question and provide a Response when creating my MySCC account?

If you forget your Password, you can reset it electronically by clicking on the Forgot my Login Name and Password link on the MySCC Login page. The Question and Response you provide while creating your account will be used to authenticate you when resetting your Password.
