Why am I prompted to install Reader 8.1.1 or higher, or a blank form downloads, when I already have the required version?
• Be sure you completely downloaded and installed the latest version of Adobe Reader. This includes opening Adobe Reader to accept any registration, license agreements, etc. If you are not sure what version you have, see question 1. • You may have trouble viewing the PDF documents if you have multiple, or older, versions of Adobe Acrobat / Reader.
