If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 you will be prompted for User Authentication. At this time Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 is not supported by Cognos ReportNet 1.1 MR3. If you are on IE 6 and are still prompted for your password and ID contact the IRTHelp@stthomas.edu for assistance to resolve this issue.
