Why am I only getting single anchor bolt pullout checks and not group checks?

You are most likely using a custom anchor bolt layout. Custom layouts allow you flexibility in modeling your anchor bolts, however ACI does not give any instruction on how to handle group pullout of anchors that are not arranged in a grid pattern, therefore we have no way to check group behavior.
