Why am I not getting WoW updates on my Raptr profile?
Occasionally the Armory blocks our servers, sometimes for weeks at a time. As you can imagine, this causes a huge backup in the data we need to process. We have a short-term solution in place now and are currently working on a long-term solution that we hope to have in place shortly after the New Year. If your character has not been updated for some time, and is level 10 or higher, please post in our forums and we’ll do our best to refresh your character’s info ASAP.
