A. You may not be listed as the department property contact. The FABweb e-mail messages advising departments that an Origination Tag (OTag) has been inactivated are sent automatically to the property contact. If you need to be added to the list of department property contacts, complete the Property Accounting Contact Change form (MS Excel) and send it to Juana Rodriguez, 426 Marshfield Ave. Building, 809 S.
