Why am I not getting email from MyChart?
First verify that you have a valid email address on file. Do this by logging into MyChart and clicking on the “Administrative” box, then click on “Administrative Information”. If your email address is incorrect, click the “edit E-mail” link below it to update it. If your email address is correct, verify that the MyChart messages from MyChart@CentraCare.com are not going into a Bulk/Spam/Junk folder. If this is a problem try adding MyChart@CentraCare.com to your address book.
