The browser you are using may not support Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA), which is used by the automatic logon process. If this occurs you may log in manually using your Windows username and password. If you are using Mozilla FireFox, you may emulate IWA by completing the following steps. In the FireFox address bar, type “about:config” and press “Enter” on your keyboard. Find “network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris” in the list. You may type this in the “Filter” box to limit the items displayed in the list. Double-click on the “network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris” line and a dialog box will open. Type “edms” in the box, and click the “OK” button. You should now be automatically logged on when you access the EDMS from inside the network while using FireFox.
