To access your account’s cPanel interface, please be sure that your URL looks similar to the ones below: http://[yourdomain]:2082/ https://[yourdomain]:2083/ If you would like to use the Prosoft Studio domain to access your account you may do so. Also using a shared or dedicated IP instead of a domain will work. Below are posted the links to cPanel using the Prosoft Studio domain: http://www.prosoftstudio.com:2082/ https://www.prosoftstudio.com:2083/ It is also important to make sure that your internet provider supports connections to the ports 2082 and 2083. There are some offices, schools, or companies that will not allow access to these ports. If your ISP does not allow access to ports 2082 or 2083, you will not be able to access cPanel from that location.
