Why am I no longer able to access the Internet or send MMS messages even though my GPRS subscription is still valid (ie. within 30 days of last subscription)?

Make sure that your current cell phone signal level is adequate for you to make a voice call. In addition, verify the GPRS settings on your phone. If necessary, get another copy of your settings by sending a SMS to WAP (927) with either the keyword “Nokia” or “Sony” as the first word of the SMS. You will not be charged twice (see FAQ above). When you receive the configuration settings message(s), override, replace, and activate the received settings. Turn your phone off for a few seconds, on again, and try your GPRS access. If you are still unable to connect, please call Customer Service for further assistance by dialing HELP (4356).
