Why am I having trouble saving or updating my RELAY™ information in my WINFormsOnline® or ZipForm®Online RELAY™ Manager?
Check to make sure that you are entering your RELAY™ Agent, Agent Assistant, or Transaction Coordinator Account and password, as well as your RELAY™ Site Id into the WINFormsOnline® or ZipForm®Online RELAY™ Manager. Remember, the password is case-sensitive. You cannot save a RELAY™ account in your RELAY™ manager that cannot manage transactions – for instance, a Broker account. If you have not done so already, you should create your RELAY™ agent account. Look at User Management or contact RELAY™ Support. If you need help with adding a user or creating an agent account.
