Why am I getting text messages from uscc, am I getting charged, and how do I stop them?
If you have a postpaid account, there are four primary reasons you might get a text from uscc. 1) Renewal Campaign 2) New features and feature promos 3) New and spotlighted easyedge applications 4) You’re past due on your bill If you have a prepaid account: 1) Refill confirmations 2) Low balance alerts No, you’re not charged for any of those. Remember, all incoming texts are free with uscc, even if you don’t have a text plan. Can you stop them? Yes. For the “ads” as some call them, just call CS and ask to be added to the no-text list. This will not stop the bill reminders, however.
