You need to install the latest Microsoft Data Access Components by downloading them direct from Microsoft at click here to update your ODBC Components to version 2.8. Also you need to make sure you download our latest version. Go to Help About in Simply ID to see if you are up to date. Normally older machines like Windows 98 do not have the latest drivers and if you keep receiving errors please upgrade your computer to a better and more recent operating system like Windows 2000 or XP. We do not support Windows 95 or 98.
