The Morgan Multimedia Stream Switcher (mmswitch.ax) is seriously broken and should never be used. Yell at Morgan Multimedia these people. “regsvr32 /u mmswitch.ax” to unregister that file, then rename or delete the file “mmswitch.ax” (to “mmswitch.ax_” or something like that) on your system to stop the crashing.

Because you installed a pirated software package that installs a bad version of this file. The working version (0.97) can be found at Morgan Multimedia. If that doesn’t work for you, run “regsvr32 /u mmswitch.ax” to unregister that file, then rename “mmswitch.ax” (to “mmswitch.ax_” or something like that) on your system to stop the crashing.
