Why am I being charged new shipping and handling fees in the case of a returned package?
In the case of a returned package, the postal service company refuses to refund us any shipping and handling fees. Therefore, we can’t offer the customer such a refund. It is important to note that your first shipping and handling fees were already used, and in order to send you your package again, we’ll need to pay NEW shipping and handling fees to the carrier company. This explains why those costs must be paid by the customer. Please note that such incidents are very rare, but it is still very important to fully explain the procedure to avoid any unfortunate surprises.
