• There are two reasons why you may receive this error message: • You have installed a patch/fix/add-on that is not compatible with this version of the game. Please read our Q&A on patches. • You are attempting to run the product on a computer that does not have a CD or DVD drive. Even though the CD/DVD drive is not used for our games, a small number of games will not work correctly on a computer without a CD/DVD drive. There is no workaround for this issue.
