Why acrylic paint?
it’s a pain in the butt! Acrylic is tough without certain knowledge. In the school that I go to they teach a technique that makes acrylic so easy to work with that I find it more comfortable than oils. We use a “dry brushing” technique to blend, and a “wet palette” to keep the colors from drying on our palette. Plus, you don’t have to wait for layers to dry! The only draw back is finding good colors for a reasonable price. But I’ve finally found a great brand that’d I’d be happy to recommend to anyone who is looking. Do you prefer painting from real life or from photos? Photos. In real life things change and move and lighting alters A photo won’t change if you leave the painting for a week and come back. Plus, with good photoshop skills, you can create your own photos that could never happen in real life. What are your favorite subjects? I like worldly things. I have always been fascinated by other cultures and countries, so I like Paintings that have the feels of other lands. European
