Why accuracy gets hampered with variation of temperature and pressure?
As explained in question 2 above the volume of fluid changes with change in temperature and pressure. If we are measuring volumetric flow naturally we will find different readings of flow rate at different pressure and temperature for the same quantity of flow. If we are measuring Mass flow rate, the density changes with change in temperature and pressure so the flow rate readings will not be accurate (refer to the expression of mass flow rate in question 1 above.
