Why a team building drumming workshop?
A drum circle demonstrates the inter-connected relationship of the rhythmical parts. When we learned to tap into the basis of life, rhythm is all around us. By working in rhythm, or concert, we develop an easier functioning system. The essence of a team is unity. A drum circle will promote this unity; it will help the participants to later look for this harmony, recognize, and integrate it in their daily work. Our approach reaches the sub-conscious, the nest of our reflexes and beliefs, which the participant could consciously change without pain or hardship. Such changes are positively bouncing on their behavior at work, their efficiency, and wellbeing in our community.
