Washington State Patrol Drug Detection K-9 in training, Mikey, was rescued from the Clackamas County, Oregon shelter. This wonderful dog and his sister were abandoned in a basement and left to starve. Despite that start, Mikey loves everyone, especially kids. Another reason to go rescue!
